Alocasia Polly Aurea Variegated – Tissue Culture | Gellies Club

Alocasia Polly Aurea Variegated is a variegated form carrying golden-yellow variegation, offered here in limited TC batches. Alocasia are the jewel and elephant-ear aroids, grown for bold, sculptural foliage and a strong following among collectors.

What You Receive

10-Pack Alocasia Polly Aurea Variegated tissue culture plantlets sealed in sterile culture media. Plantlets may range from newly established cultures to larger, well-rooted specimens depending on the production batch. Size and root development will vary — this is normal for TC and not an indicator of plant health.

How Gellies Works

We operate on a made-to-order import model. When you place your order, we bring your plants in fresh from our lab partners in Asia. Plants ship from Florida shortly after arrival, minimizing storage time and helping ensure healthy, vigorous cultures. We import weekly, allowing us to offer fresh tissue cultures without long-term holding periods.

For Growers and Resellers

Polly Aurea Variegated draws collector interest for its golden-yellow variegation. TC allows growers to enter uncommon varieties at a lower starting cost and capture the value through grow-out. No minimums — order what you need.

Acclimation

Alocasia out of TC want 70–80% humidity, warm temperatures, and bright indirect light. Transition slowly and watch closely for corm rot — don't overwater while the plantlet is establishing. Properly acclimated plantlets establish quickly and reward growers with vigorous growth.
