This website is operated by Gellies. Throughout the site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Gellies. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any policies referenced here. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of our Service or site content without our express written permission.

3. Products

Gellies sells live tissue culture plants sourced through an import-on-demand model. Because these are living, perishable products, availability, appearance, and size can vary from photos shown on our site. We've made every effort to display products accurately, but we don't guarantee your screen will render colors precisely.

4. Orders, Pricing & Accuracy

Prices and product listings are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors at our discretion — including after an order has been placed. This includes orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors without prior arrangement with us.

Orders are submitted to our supplying lab in weekly batches (see our Shipping Policy for cutoff details). You agree to keep your account and contact information current so we can reach you about your order if needed.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our Shopify checkout. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, order cutoffs, and delay handling are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns, refunds, cancellations, and live-arrival claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or Services: for any unlawful purpose; to violate any applicable laws or regulations; to harass, abuse, or discriminate against others; to submit false or misleading information; to transmit viruses or malicious code; to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our site; or to interfere with the security or operation of our Service. You agree to indemnify and hold Gellies harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by a third party arising out of your violation of these Terms or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

All content on our site — including photos, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of Gellies and may not be copied or reused without permission.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms. You remain responsible for any amounts due at the time of termination.

These Terms, together with our Return & Refund and Shipping policies, make up the entire agreement between you and Gellies regarding use of our site and Services, and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
