Size and root development will vary — this is normal for TC and not an indicator of plant health.

How Gellies Works

We operate on a made-to-order import model. When you place your order, we bring your plants in fresh from our lab partners in Asia. Plants ship from Florida shortly after arrival, minimizing storage time and helping ensure healthy, vigorous cultures. We import weekly, allowing us to offer fresh tissue cultures without long-term holding periods.

For Growers and Resellers

Alocasia Dragon Scale Albo Galaxy Variegated consistently garners high demand among collectors due to its rare variegation. Tissue culture offers an efficient means to propagate this coveted variety, allowing for scalable growth and meeting market needs without compromising plant quality.

Acclimation

When transitioning Alocasia out of tissue culture, aim for 70-80% humidity, warm temperatures, and bright indirect light. Gradually reduce humidity over the first two weeks — ensuring good airflow is crucial during this period. Be vigilant about corm rot; avoid overwatering until new growth is evident.
